MaxCanvas
MaxCanvas (MC) started life as an individual university project, and is (unless stated in the code itself) all my own work. I’m putting it out here FREE for ANYONE to use. With the following proviso: it is NOT for commercial use, unless you consult me first (maxsfw3@gmail.com). Of course, I’ll probably say yes, but would appreciate credit and maybe a job.
Web Site Assets
All graphical and sound assets presented on this web site have been garnered from the web and have Creative Commons Licence or equivalent. As such they are NOT free to copy and use in further projects. I recommend an image search on anything you’re interested in and it should point you to the original author. Some useful 3rd party sites are presented below (all open in a new page):

I use this one, last time I minified MC, it went from 186K to 57K. So if loading is an issue for you, feel free to use it.
